Are
flights included in the price of packages?
Unfortunately, we do not book flights due to the fluctuation
in prices from the relevant air-carriers.
This enables you to take advantage of the discounts offered
by the airlines.
To do this just read some of the useful information in the
flights section
that Prague Sports has compiled for you.

What happens
if members of our group arrive at varies times in Prague?
We normally only organise one airport transfer in each direction.
However, if the second group to the major one is large enough,
then we may be able to arrange it for you at an additional
fee.
Just contact Prague Sports with full details of the
package and / or activities that you want and we will contact
within 48 hours with a reply. If it is not possible, Prague Sports will either try to send a rep or send comprehensive
details of directions to your destination.
These will cover options from taxi, mini-bus and bus.

What
about transport to / from the airport?
Prague Sports recommend you opt for the transfer service
on offer, as it is both more convenient and cheaper for your
group than a couple / several taxis.
Included in the price is a free drink, a beer for the men
and a wine for the women.
However, if you do decide to make your own way to the hotel
then just go to the flights
section for information.
Be aware of any agency that claim that there is no public
transport to / from the airport, as this is definitely not
true.
You can make up your mind about the honesty of these firms.

Will we be
informed which hotel we will be staying in before we pay the
deposit?
Yes. Prague Sports has an extensive database of associated
hoteliers, and when we receive the best offers for you (price
and location), we reply telling you the hotels within 48 hours
from the date of enquiry. Due to our position in this market,
Prague Sports can ensure that all of your members
are housed in the same lad-friendly building, no matter how
big your party is! Then it is up to you to confirm the accommodation,
which is reserved for 21 days, with a deposit of 10% of the
total cost. This policy is applied to reservations 3 months
plus before arrival. Any reservation less than 3 months will
be reserved for a 7-day period to ensure that accommodation
will be available.

What are the
best options open to me in way of getting local currency?
This depends on how you like to get your money. Some people
like to use the cash machines / ATM's and some by exchanging
cash. If the former, then just wait until to get to Prague
and then we will take you on a cash run. If the latter, then
just bring some Czech Crowns over with you and then ask one
of our Reps and he will help you. To see more detailed information
click on the currency
section.

What is a typical
budget for a weekend?
Again this depends on you. Some people go to a cheaper place
and spend less; then again some spend the same, but have twice
the fun. Saying this, Prague is definitely cheaper than your
average European city. Beer is roughly £1, a good meal
with drink £7.50, Night Club entrance £3, Strip
Club entrance £6 and Public transport costs approx.
25p to anywhere in the city. Our Reps will be more that happy
to give you more advice when you arrive in Prague.

Do I have to
book a package or can we just book activities or accommodation?
Prague Sports pride itself on its flexibility, so
you can book activities with us even if your accommodation
is with another agency.
However, packages do give the best value for money.
Are activities
on fixed times and dates?
No, you tell us when you want to do the activities and we
will arrange it for you. If the exact timings are not possible,
then we will inform you of the closest possible time before
any payment is made.
Is it possible
to be sent a brochure?
Unfortunately, we do not send out brochures, as this cost
would have to be passed onto our clients. Prague Sports does not want that, so we operate along the same marketing
strategy as the low-cost airlines, 'Good service, at an even
better price!'
Do you cater
for groups outside the British Isles?
Yes, we organise for people all over the world and we have
had visitors from all over the European Union, Australia,
North America and more. Payments can be made in Pounds Sterling
or Euros.

Where can I
find out about Visa requirements?
European Union citizens do not need a visa, due the imminent
entry of the Czech Republic into the EU. However, other nationalities
should check with the local Czech Embassy / Consulate about
the requirements. There are also rules with reference to validity
of the passport, e.g. the length of time before expiration.
Visa requirements as of 10/08/2003 can be found here,
but a more up to date version is at: www.czech.org.uk/consular.htm
